Head Teachers Welcome

Welcome to our school Website. We are a one form entry school in Hythe. Our core purpose is to enable and challenge all learners to flourish.  All staff aim to provide inspirational opportunities that enhance children’s learning and that encourages all our children to do the best they can in all that they do.  This is both about academic standards and the wider contribution to the school and the community.

We encourage children to be curious and independent learners; to learn collaboratively and support each other; to value diversity and difference; to celebrate and enjoy learning; to be responsible and good citizens and to care for themselves and other people.

The school has a positive and welcoming atmosphere that is supported by all members of the school community.  There is an open door policy that encourages parents to be partners in the learning process and we believe this is important to every child’s development.

We are very proud of the children who attend our school and all of their achievements!

We hope our website provides you with the information you require. You are always welcome to arrange a visit and the pupils would be delighted to show you what makes Waterside such an exceptional and rewarding school experience.
